By 9am calling for heavy snow, with 400 ft ceiling. -by 1pm weather 700 overcast with 1 mile visibility. -3pm more improvement 900 overcast / 2 mile visibility. After-6pm best chance for travel, 1500 overcast / 6mile visibility. I'll check with ACP Jets / Suran and see if he has his Hawker or Citation 10 in Ny Area, it's the day after Super Bowl, so airlines and charter will be busy I'd imagine.
