She is very sorry. I am presuming that she told me, as opposed to Cecile, as the Caravan is registered LSJE, but I have asked Sophia to let Cecile know directly, as part of protocol. I am presuming that she informed Anna when she saw her this morning at the office. As it happens, at some point recently, unbeknownst to everyone until Jermaine reported it, the Caravan suffered similar damage on the other side of the body. May I have Jermaine take it in to Cliffs Body Shop to obtain a quote for the repairs?
