Concrete will be a minimum 4,000 PSI. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: • LS] will remove, secure, and replace all stone and other border edges. • LS] will provide all ferry services and vehicular and equipment barging services to and from Little St. James Island. • Aggregate base will be supplied by owner. • Care will be taken throughout this project to minimally impact all existing areas on Little St. James Island that is not a part of this project. However, it is understood that some damage will occur to existing landscaped areas and contractor will not be responsible for replacement of these damaged areas while implementing normal construction procedures. • Amount of $114,000.00 will be credited to owner on behalf of Betteroads Asphalt LLC.
