EPSTEIN / Fees (renewal for 2018) Marie-Joseph Experton ToEPSTEIN - INDYKE Darren Impc.uote Hign Dear Darren, Referring to our agreement for handling Mr. Epstein's French administrative matters, which remained unchanged for 2015, 2016 and 2017, I propose for the year 2018 the renewal on the following terms: • for the work done as from January 1st, 2018, the monthly amount will be 1,800.00 euros (instead of 1,650.00 E), • no change of rate (250 euros/hour) with respect to extra work not included in the usual administrative follow-up (which has not been applied during the last 3 years 2015/2016/2017), • no change with respect to the lump sum amount for special trip to Paris (220 euros). For your information, please note that for the period from January 1st through yesterday included. January 29th. I spent 10 hours 30 dealing with matters for Mr. Epstein. I can provide you with a brief description of the time spent with respect to the following issues: • bank account (BNP), • contacts and reviews with providers, • verification of invoices, • utility bills, • social charges (URSSAF), • matters relating to the management of the building • telephone conversations (+/- 2 hours).
