Jeffrey Epstein's Motion to Strike is GRANTED for the reasons stated by the Court on the record which are incorporated by reference into this Order. 2. Intervenors E.W.'s and Jane Doe's alleged damages and requests for relief are stricken of record based on their lack of standing. E.W. and Jane Doe shall have no standing to participate in this matter as to the issues of liability or damages resulting from alleged violations of this Court's November 30, 2010, Order which forms the basis of the Order to Show Cause herein.
