Edwards, and L.M., hereby voluntarily dismiss their respective Motion's for Contempt against Jeffrey Epstein without prejudice. Upon completion of the limited discovery permitted, it is apparent that the party responsible for the violations of this Court's November 30, 2011 Order is Fowler White, while acting in its capacity as legal counsel to Jeffrey Epstein. Any violation that occurred with respect to Jeffrey Epstein individually is as a consequence of Fowler White's wrongdoing. The moving parties are therefore dropping the Motion for Contempt against Jeffrey Epstein in order to focus the attention where it is most appropriately focused, on Fowler White.
