We have changed and simplified the pledge mechanism to a blocked account mechanism. Your account will be blocked from today through September 22, during which period no one can withdraw funds. After September 22 the block goes away and you have full access to your account. The Blocked Account Authorization that you will have to sign will be substantially is the form of Exhibit G in the attached draft. This draft has been sent to the bank's counsel and we are awaiting their comment. Our agreement with the bank is to sign the PSA today and provided the Blocked Account Authorization today. Obviously this would require that you have the funds already in the account you have established today.
