Molyneux Studio, Ltd. (collectively, "Molyneux"), L.S.J., LLC ("LSI") and leffrey Epstein ("Epstein") This is in regard to the above-referenced Design Services Agreement. Among other things, Sections 5 and 8 of the Design Services Agreement require that Molyneux furnish and cause to be properly installed and completed at the Office Pavilion (as defined in the Design Services Agreement) by January 1, 2010 all of the items listed on Exhibit B to the Design Services Agreement and that the Office Pavilion will be completed to Epstein's reasonable satisfaction by January 1, 2010. Molyneux, LSJ and Epstein (the "Parties") previously agreed to extend that January 1, 2010 deadline until February 1, 2010. This will confirm that due to delays attributable to all of the Parties, the Parties have agreed to further extend that deadline until April 15, 2010. All other provisions of the Design Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
