In my February 8, 2010 letter to you, I advised you that the blackboards are not usable, made of the wrong material and must be replaced. Almost a month has passed, and I understand that Mr. Epstein has still received no response from Mr. Molyneux. Please ask Mr. Molyneux to provide a proposal to Mr. Epstein with respect to the replacement of the blackboards as soon as possible so that we can ensure that this will be resolved well in time for the April 15, 2010 deadline.
