The moorings are to be primarily used when the seas are too rough for the vessels to sit at the dock. Two sites have been selected one approximately 200' from the dock and the other approximately 300' from the dock. Attached you will find a brief environmental assessment of the mooring sites which includes GPS coordinates, the proposed mooring type and photographs of the mooring locations. We understand that your approval of the mooring is required as well as that of the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources. We look forward to your earliest response.
