I finally had time to go through this (again it has been a hell week) but I can't find much information re current valuation as well as backing up of such valuation? Also I can't find info re previous evaluation? Also some plans re exit and corporate structure. It seems that Aliphcom own Jawbone but it is not clear that this is sole business. It seems that they are quite well capitalized. I am afraid coming with a first deal in from of Bill with something that I can't even vaguely explain. Please help!
