The whole process is very long (normally 6-9months) and we are trying to accelerate. Thus even if only one person from IPI can attend it (Andrea or Terje), I would rather make it sooner and move it forward than to wait. In the meat time, it would be great if you ask them what could you do in a mean time — prepare the proposal on their form, provide any other info etc. Also perhaps you could go through any additional round of revisions if needed — before a meeting.
