I am meeting Koch tomorrow at house to discuss and to get Paulette's view on the sketches for the new west elevation (screen wall).Earl Hollis showed the house to a long time client who Earl brought an offer on another house the client owns in PB and rents out. Earl showed it as a partial reinvestment. Earl thinks this is a good possibility ... if the other deal proceeds. I met with two contractors on these sketches for the new west elevation (screen wall) and refined the structural details of the work to bring the range to under $25Ok. I am awaiting a second roofing estimate. Smaller repairs (windows, one concrete beam spalling, caulking) are ongoing. Dock renewal will begin in May.
