We did call US Customs and Border Protection and spoke with Supervisor the information in their system. , who is researching We were told that US Customs no longer issues LBO cards, they have revised the program - small boaters are now registered under the new Small Vessel Reporting System (SVRS). It is a free, web-based enrollment program that includes a self-scheduled interview with a CBP officer at an authorized reporting location. I will call back Supervisor shortly if he has not called, to find out if he has located the information you need.
