I will be preparing the Notice to the Court regarding the government's position that an evidentiary hearing is not necessary. I will be at the NAC from July 28-31 to attend the Professional Responsibility Officers' Conference. The next week, I will be at the NAC again to give a presentation at the Office of Immigration Litigation Annual Conference (August 4-6).
